As part of the “Women Leading Purposefully” Associate program at Mars, Kristin and her team were recently recognized by the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Leadership Development Awards, winning GOLD for Best Advance in Leadership Development for Women. The “Women Leading Purposefully” program was developed in partnership with Harvard and provides a meaningful leadership development experience for multi-cultural female leaders across Mars North America.
