Technology is growing at a rapid rate like it never has before. The future of corporations and the workforce is dependent on the way in which technology evolves. Keeping this in mind, leaders today need to adapt their leadership styles in order to maintain flexibility and keep up with cutting-edge technologies.

The article highlights the importance of specific leadership styles and skills that are required for organizations to maintain a competitive advantage, and effectively take advantage of ongoing innovations.
The article lists three important factors to keep in mind.
